* Saturday Appointments are available on a limited basis once a month between 8:30-1:00 PM. Call for specific date and availability.

Payment Policies

Cosmetic procedures are generally not covered by insurance unless specified as such. All fees will be discussed with patients in advance of the procedure and are payable in advance of the procedure. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and American Express.

Under special circumstances and when medically indicated most insurances will cover the VNUS closure procedure. Under these circumstances we accept all major insurance carriers. For further information regarding our payment policies please contact our office directly.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
